We at Total Cold Storage have implemented the HACCP (Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Point) system. HACCP is a clear-cut yet powerful
set of principles for controlling food safety. It was reviewed by
the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and on December 4, 2002
it was found that Total Cold Storage met the criteria for HACCP.
